Multifamily development and construction company ContraVest said it is partnering with Northwestern Mutual to begin construction on a 330-unit luxury apartment community in Seminole, west of St. Petersburg.
The $38 million development, called The Courtney at Bay Pines, will have two-, three- and four-story buildings with elevators and consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
