ContraVest began construction on The Courtney at Bay Pines in April 2012. Updates will be posted as development and construction progresses. The Courtney at Bay Pines will be managed by ContraVest Management Company.Location: the NW corner of Bay Pines Boulevard and 100th Way Seminole, Pinellas County, Florida 33708.
The Courtney at Bay Pines, ContraVest’s future 330-unit community is located across the street from the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System which employs 5,000 people and features 400 beds. The community will enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and Madeira Beach, 1 mile to the west. Tyrone Square Mall and downtown St. Petersburg are to the east. Bay Pines is located in Seminole, approximately ten miles west of downtown St. Petersburg. Stay tuned, as updates will be posted as development progresses.
