Shovels are set to hit the dirt this week as a new mixed-use development near The Mall at Millenia gets started on its residential element.
Altamonte Springs-based ContraVest Builders had a pre-construction meeting with the city of Orlando on Jan. 13, and expects to begin work on the new $43 million, 292-unit Addison on Millenia apartment complex off Millenia Boulevard between Interstate 4 and John Young Parkway.
