ContraVest Development Partners LLC could break ground as early as Sept. 1 on a new $20 million, 244-unit apartment complex in Maitland.
The property, located at 545 S. Keller Road in Maitland, will go the Maitland Planning & Zoning Commission July 18. The apartment complex will be named The Courtney at Lake Shadow.
“I think it’s going be a great project,” said Scott Steinhilber, pre-development manager for ContraVest.
