The 310-unit project design will be very consistent with the recent quality and profile of ContraVest Development projects.
Proposed is a 3-story market rate community with an attached two-story clubhouse that will house most of the project amenities. As many units as possible will front on and have views of Lake Wilson. We plan a professionally-designed club-house of at least 10,000 SF, that will include market rate amenities: fitness center, business center, tanning salon, recreational and gathering space, and a commercial-grade demonstration kitchen for resident use and property functions. Other property amenities will include a pet park and an indoor salon/wash. Additionally, there will be a total of 81 detached and attached garage units for rent. Our residents will have non-motorized boat access to the lake.
