corporate structure is designed to facilitate
effective decision-making by those responsible
for asset operations by promoting hands-on management
and clear, continuous communication between the
Regional Manager and the on-site staff.
We
believe that all basic operations - marketing,
leasing, resident service and maintenance - must
be fundamentally sound. Only then can they facilitate
revenue growth, expense control and ultimately
the enhancement of the asset's value. Our corporate
office serves as a support office for administrative
assistance, training, marketing guidance, accounting
expertise, safety/risk management and human resources,
and is designed to facilitate and streamline the
management at every level. This policy frees Regional
management and on-site staff personnel to focus
on the fundamentals of effective property management
and enhances the overall quality of services provided
to clients and the residents.
