The Addison on Millenia is a proposed, new construction, 292 unit rental apartment project located well within the MSA, in the City of Orlando, within walking distance (.4 miles) from the Mall at Millenia and next to a Target and Home Depot anchored shopping center that provides many other retail options.
Access to Transportation:
The Addison will have outstanding access to major transportation arteries make this site very favorable to the mobile resident that will live in our community. With quick access to I 4 from Conroy Road, residents can head East on I-4 towards downtown and west towards south Orlando. The Turnpike is one exit west from the site and 528, “The Beachline”, is only 6 miles away.
